That single address is the clearest tell for what Green Hills is turning into, and it isn't quite what the mall directory would suggest.

If you've lived here a while, you already know the rhythm of this stretch. Nordstrom anchors the mall on one side, the Regal cinema on the other, and the pike itself carries the errands. What's changing is the caliber of the tenants filling the smaller footprints in between.
